Privacy Policy

Prime Baseball Training ("Prime", "we", "us") runs a baseball and softball training facility in Beaumont, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect when you book a session, train with us, or use our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain on purpose. If anything here is unclear, contact us using the details at the bottom.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us — name, email address, and phone number — when you book, create an account, sign a waiver, or reach out.
• Booking and account information — the sessions you schedule, the coach and service, attendance, membership, and payment history.
• Information about a player who is a minor, provided and managed by that child's parent or legal guardian (see "Children's privacy" below).
• Swing video and performance data captured in our cages during training (see "Swing video and performance data" below).
• Payment information, handled by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
• Basic website usage, collected with privacy-friendly analytics that do not build advertising profiles of you.

How we use your information

• To schedule, confirm, and remind you about your training sessions.
• To run your membership and account and take payment.
• To keep players safe, including managing waivers.
• To send you information about your bookings and, only if you have opted in, occasional facility news. You can opt out of the latter at any time.
• To operate and improve the facility and this website.

Children's privacy

Prime trains young athletes, so much of the information we hold is about minors. That information is entered and managed by a parent or legal guardian, and we use it only to provide training and keep players safe. We do not knowingly let children under 13 create their own accounts or provide information directly to us. A parent or guardian may review, correct, or ask us to delete their child's information at any time using the contact details below.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to texts, we may send you booking confirmations and reminders. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can stop these texts at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your bookings or the emails we send about them.

Swing video and performance data

Our cages record swing video and capture performance metrics (for example exit velocity and hit data) during training. We use these to give players and coaches feedback, to show highlights on facility screens, and to make a player's own clips available to that player and their guardian. A parent or guardian may ask us not to display a player's video or to remove it.

How we share information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the facility — our scheduling, payment, email, and text messaging providers — and only so they can perform that work for us. We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect the safety of players and staff.

Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as you have an account or booking with us and as long as we need it for the purposes above, then we remove it. We take reasonable steps to protect it, though no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

• Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you or your child.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or tell us to stop sending marketing email.
